Check-in time : 8:30 AM (Men's, women's and Mixed Doubles), 1:30 PM (Junior and Sub-junior categories) - Saturday 18th.

Why You Should Participate:
By joining this badminton tournament, you’ll be supporting Holy Cross Special School in Kottayam, India—one of the schools that Care & Share proudly supports. Established in 2001 with just 10 students, the school now provides education and care for 126 special needs children with the help of 26 dedicated staff members.
The school offers a wide range of programs including Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR), Home-Based Rehabilitation, vocational training, therapy sessions, medical checkups, sports, yoga, cultural activities, and more. Vocational training helps children learn skills such as candle making, book binding, envelope making, fabric painting, and screen printing, while other activities foster social, physical, and creative development.
Holy Cross Special School receives limited government funding, and many students come from economically disadvantaged families, making tuition contributions minimal. Running costs such as school buses, staff salaries, maintenance, and meals require approximately $4,000 in donations. This tournament aims to cover two months of expenses for the school, giving these children the support and opportunities they deserve.

How to Get Involved:
1. Register: Sign up for your preferred category(See below) and gather your playing partner(s). Last date to register October 17th, 2025.
2. Spread the Word: Share this event with your friends, family, and fellow badminton enthusiasts. The more, the merrier!

Prizes and Recognition:

Tournament Guidelines
Double elimination model - (Once you lose 2 matches you are out. Winners bracket loser will play with losers bracket winner. The winner of the this game will play the final with winners bracket winner. The loser will take the 3rd spot)
Final will be a best of three 15 points. All the other games will be a single 21 point match.
A single Birdie will be supplied for each game. Please bring your own if you require additional ones.
In the event that there are not sufficient registrations for specific categories, we reserve the right to cancel those categories. Registrants will be notified of any cancellations promptly. In such cases, any donations associated with the canceled categories will be refunded in full to the original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Your contribution is eligible for company matching! Don't forget to submit the match request.
