Kerala Chapter

Eye Care only –was held on 27^th October 02 at St. Francis U. P. School , Pizhala –a   marooned island in the backwaters –near Chittoor. The village had   a beautiful rural ambience as its  backdrop and the most active social service group viz, the Kerala Catholic Youth Movement organized the camp with the participation and assistance of  Lions Club, Cochin South , Care & Share Kerala Chapter and Roshan eye Care Hospital . . Far away from modern medical facilities the patients were in  need  of much attention and thus  this was a  most deserving place for free medical camp.. The  local Unit of KCYM  takes maximum  care and attention in  the case of the poor villagers in  their  health care.
